Nov 19/98 SD #23 Buckley to Custodian Fisher
Read important note at bottom.
This is an example of how SD #23 administrators give only part of a story by leaving out important facts.
Buckley distorts & twists the truth so much in her above letter.
She broke down & cried in the meeting.
She claims that Fisher was insubordinate after she asked him questions that he answered.
She had given out Fisher's unlisted home telephone number & when she didn't like the answer Fisher gave to her, she attacked him as not being a team player to cover-up her mistake. It was administration that had assigned the on-call custodian so it was not Fisher's jurisdiction to alter the times.

Buckley should have directed him back to whomever assigned him, not to telephone Fisher at home.
Buckley again displays her poor judgement and logic.

Buckley claims that the original meeting was on Oct 14, 1998.
She is incorrect as has been a pattern of hers. The meeting was on Monday Oct 19, 1998

Fisher has found that Buckley is not a reliable source for the truth.
She first claimed that Fisher approached her when it was her that approached Fisher.

Fisher at no time shook his finger or fist at Buckley. She lies. Fisher did point to the room in which the previous meeting had taken place. If in fact Buckley encountered a finger or fist why did she enter further into the custodian room forcing Fisher to back into the room. It was Buckley intimidating Fisher.

Why didn't Buckley just leave & go to her office? because
Fisher was not threatening her she was threatening Fisher!

When Buckley accused Fisher of not being a team player he was having serious dental pain due to SD #23 dishonesty that blocked his access to health benefits rightfully due him of which Buckley was aware & despite that Fisher showed up for work on time every day. Fisher was a very strong team player.

The Head Custodian also agreed that Buckley did make the comment
"that we were making a big thing out of nothing"

Buckley lies again as Fisher was joined by the Chief Custodian who had taken the meeting negatively also. Fisher felt that Buckley had kissed him off & that she made him feel beat up.
The Chief Custodian said that he felt Buckley made him feel that he really didn't matter.
Buckley in her own hand writing wrote the Chief Custodian's negatives about the meeting.
Her claims that Fisher stood alone on meeting negatives makes her delusional & dishonest.

In that particular meeting Buckley at one point went ballistic when she jumped the gun
on what the Chief Custodian was meaning, it was Fisher that injected calm so Buckley
could cool down. She certainly was seen as pissing around her territory in front
of the young vice Principal & didn't respect the janitors & certainly wasn't a team player.

She did not conduct the meeting very well.
Just previous to the meeting Buckley was friendly but once in the meeting she switched
like a chameleon to almost hostile & uninviting to the Custodian's suggestions.
The meeting was to discuss a chemical storage problem, yet Buckley had decided beforehand excluding the Custodians one with 26 years experience from the decision.
It was Buckley that was not a team player!

Buckley asked Fisher questions in the Nov 17/98  meeting & invited him to express any concerns.  When Fisher answered, Buckley used his answers against him & accused him of being insubordinate.
Buckley had set the trap & Fisher was naive enough to fall for it. Then Buckley twisted the dagger to
cause more pain by saying Fisher did not bring forth items to her in a timely manner.
This was a good example of how Buckley made it so one was dammed if you did
& dammed if you didn't. She ignored things you brought to her attention
or didn't act on them or criticized you as complaining.
The Chief Custodian had instructed Fisher to stay as far away as possible from Buckley
& to bring things to him not Buckley & he would take them to Buckley
& he not Fisher would deal with her.

Buckley was aware that Fisher had tongue in cheek when he suggested that he would deny that the conversation took place. At no time was Fisher threatening towards Buckley. Had he been, Buckley could have left the room, instead she threatened Fisher & forced him to back further
into the room. Fisher spoke in a controlled moderate tone to ensure that the conversation was confidential. Passer bys saw that everything was normal. Fisher did not have an angry outburst
as Buckley distorts, he did put forth his version of the Oct 19/98 meeting.

Buckley's lies & her version of events have been proven to be distorted & Fisher's to be more
accurate. Buckley did use her questions & Fisher's answers to further attack him.
Buckley did kiss us off & shoot us down as she made the decisions prior to the meeting.
The safety of the children makes it necessary to question Buckley's judgement.

Fisher did not apologize as he had nothing to apologize for. She twists the facts once
again. He did offer sympathy to Buckley for her misunderstanding of the event.
It was Buckley that needed to apologize to Fisher for her lies and distortions of events.

Buckley & SD #23 did not have the legal right to extend Fisher's probation period
by an additional 52 days since it had earlier entered false information on his Record
of Employment to set up a fraudulent layoff to block Fisher from reaching
the 65 days probation required to acquire regular employee status.

Fisher is not the first employee that Buckley has gotten into trouble with.
There is also a long list of parents that have had run-ins with Buckley.
Buckley operated with 2 sets of rules one for her & one for all others.
Buckley is again inaccurate.
The meeting which she claims was on
Oct 14/98 was in fact held on Oct 19/98
as posted in her own school Westbank Weekly
