Buckley knows full well that a hearing is held to give evidence before a judgement is arrived at, not after the fact. Fisher was told that he could not talk about Stutter without him being present yet Buckley, Stutter, Lownsbrough & Lalonde all talked about Fisher without him being present.
Buckley is distorting the facts once again when she claims that Fisher was given a hearing. Fisher was told that nothing he said would change the fact that he was fired. That was not a hearing. A reader can see here how difficult Buckley was to deal with.
Buckley came from many years at a 180 student school to a 480 student school. She was over her head & had virtually no training in supervising custodians. She had difficulty comprehending simple in day service instructions & got very confused & agitated. Fisher never hardly saw Buckley 3 out of the 6 months. The head Custodian instructed Fisher to bring all matters to him & he would go to Buckley. Buckley is exaggerating. Buckley often came to Fisher early on & Fisher suggested that she use the proper chain of command & go to the Head Custodian, which didn't sit very well with her as she harboured ill feeling towards Fisher over it.
The accusations against Buckley have been proven correct & warranted.
It is Fisher's opinion that Buckley proved herself to be dishonest, unstable, manipulative, delusional & psychotic.
It is Buckley that has demonstrated that she is not an appropriate employee for School District #23. Parents keep your eyes & ears open.
Buckley was heard to mouth off a derogatory term for a student's mother sitting nearby eating pizza & holding her new baby, all because Buckley was livid that the mother had rearranged a meeting with Lottie a teacher. Such a two faced Principal.

The Head Custodian referred to Buckley as "POLLY" as in Polly wants a cracker out of a disdain for her. He often said that it was no use saying anything to her because you wouldn't win. He told Buckley that she was dogmatic & that she made him feel that he didn't really count in a meeting. Then she claimed that Fisher stood alone with his negatives. He drew up applications to get a position at a school away from Buckley.
Buckley as usual is completely wrong as the portable not the main school was armed at 9:16 pm on Nov 20/98. Buckley can not be trusted to be accurate. The alarm computer printout proves her wrong. Not only that but Fisher out of the goodness of his heart worked 2 hours additional on his own time that night & came in the following Sunday one & a half hours again on his own time to ready the school for the influx of visitors for the Xmas season. Fisher was completely honest in his explanation. Buckley has proved to be a very mendacious person.
It was Buckley that instructed Fisher to cheat SD #23 out of almost an hour of work & to thus falsify his time card. Fisher ignored Buckley & made up the hour plus an additional 30 minutes. Buckley had instructed Fisher numerous times to leave early since he worked late. This balancing of times is common throughout the schools. Buckley again twists the facts as the relief was asking Fisher to adjust his arrival time & Fisher suggested that he call his administrator.
Buckley again proves herself to be mendacious. At first there didn't appear to be an injury so there was no need to report anything. The stiffening up set in over the weekend. Fisher tried to work through it until it became unbearable so he talked to his head custodian & filed a accident report. Buckley knew that Fisher's area to clean was oversize & did nothing about for 5 months it so he had to scramble to cover it all. To add to the strain she downloaded more work on Fisher increasing the burden. Then she has the gall to suggest that Fisher didn't report the injury quick enough & that he didn't do his work & that he did not bring things to her. It was a no win dealing with Buckley.
Fisher worked as on call & relief custodian at 40 different schools & was chosen to clean the main administration office building. All of Fisher's job reviews were positive until he ran into Buckley at Westbank. In fact Buckley disregarded the SD #23 requirement to show the job review to Fisher 10 days in advance & to have Fisher sign off on it. Buckley hid them from Fisher. Fisher never got to see them or sign them. Such was Buckley's deceitfulness. Oh, she didn't mention that you say!
